Hero’s Heart Award

Let’s honor our teachers that demonstrate the meaning of having a “heart of gold.” At Los Robles Health System, we are big advocates of giving back to our community, which is why we will be honoring one Elementary School Teacher, one Middle School Teacher and one High School Teacher with our Hero’s Heart Award.

About the contest

As first responders and healthcare heroes, we are grateful for the support and commitment that our teachers have for our youth. As a “THANK YOU” we are excited to give-back to our local educators. Nominating a teacher for our Hero’s Heart Award is easy, simply fill out the form below. An ideal candidate is a teacher that goes above and beyond, is actively involved in mentoring their students and is involved within the community. All teachers must be employed by a public or private school within Ventura County and nominations must be submitted by Friday, October 14th. Los Robles Health System will present our Hero’s Heart Award to each recipient in November.

$1,000 Prize

Each Hero’s school will be awarded $750 to go towards their classroom or to help purchase an item on their wish list and $250 will be donated to a local non-profit organization that the teacher and their students select.
